Sunshine
Helicopters was established in 1985 by owners Ross
and Anna Scott. Today, Sunshine Helicopters enjoys
an excellent reputation and is a successful family
operated business. Sunshine's first tours were flown
by Ross using a four-passenger turbine powered Bell
Jet Ranger in 1985 on the island of Maui. By 1988 Sunshine
was operating three Bell Jet Rangers and one six-passenger
Astar. In 1998 they expanded operations to the Kona
side of the Big Island and shortly thereafter to Hilo.
Today they operate seven six-passenger Astars and is
extremely proud to be T.O.P.S. certified.

Eurocopters or A-STARS. They feature customer
stereo aviator headsets, air-conditioning, a five
camera video system, customer recorded CD music,
polarized bubble windows, and custom interior with
accommodations for six passengers. |
