Sea Helicopters was established in 1981, and for over
twenty years, has been offering breathtakingtours of
Kauai, Hawaii. Their crew of knowledgeable pilots provide
an informative and delightful narration and their helicopters
are considered to be the safest in their cities. With
a perfect safety record, South Sea Helicopters is one
of the few special aviation complanies on Kauai that
has been granted to fly down to 500 feet above ground
levet and capture scenes, which most aviation excursions
cannot.

Sea Helicopter Tours features two types of helicopters, Bell
Jet Rangers, which have four forward facing seats
and windows that can be opened for excellent photographs.
And the ASTAR, which is air-conditioned and
has six forward facing seats and emergency flotation
devices.
Crew
Nobu
Yamauchi leads the pilot crew as Director of Operations.
He is one of the most knowledgeable and skilled pilots
residing on the island. Their additional staff of pilots,
with their military background, training and linguistic
abilities, provide informative and cultural narrations
throught the tour. South Sea Helicopters also offer
Japanese and German speaking pilots.
